Ruben - beware ! Ask for full disclosure if you are buying or selling. Know your obligations as a buyer or seller. Most agents are just like car salesmen but at least they have to get a certificate to sell. They will do what ever they can for a sale and don’t care about who it impacts and will cut corners where the can. They must disclose what they know. Shady and dodgy is all I can say!
