Many suspicions lead me to believe that the portering of the trailer caused more damage to the hitch and front of the trailer. Customer service was good when dealing with this. I had canvas replaced on the front fold down. The tabs the elastic attaches to were all broken. The service personnel should have said something about this. They did replace them upon me requesting that. My cover for my propane tanks was broke, not too sure how. They replaced that with a cover for 30 pound tanks, which won't allow my front to come dow... read more

We took our car here to have the hood painted about a year and a half ago. As soon as we got it back, I noticed it looked terrible and was covered in orange peel. This bothered me, but I didn’t think they would do anything about it, so I didn’t say anything. In less than a year, the paint started flaking off due to rust underneath. We brought it back to show them, and they repainted it free of charge and even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Nice place. I walked around took some photos. When I have some money for an RV I'll check out the insides. The camper doors are not open to the customers. Unless accompanied by employees. So don't evening shop...

I went here to get stabilizer bars for my camper and had the absolute worst customer service experience. Being a first time camper owner i wanted to ensure my vehicle was adequate to pull my camper so i asked about towing weight. The little man that was speaking to me not only talked down to me like I was a child, he backtracked on the information he provided three different times showing me he had no idea what he was talking about.
