My husband & I were looking to purchase a new camper. We decided to go to Wakleys. The salesperson Jaime was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a 2025 Rockwood 30 ft travel trailer. It literally had everything we had on our list of what we were looking for. My review is for the service manager Bruce. He went out of his way to help me on an issue with my shower. I'm having issues with my extended warranty co. and Bruce is fighting it for me. He really tries to make sure the customer is satisfied. I'm very thankful to Bruce for this.

We took our car here to have the hood painted about a year and a half ago. As soon as we got it back, I noticed it looked terrible and was covered in orange peel. This bothered me, but I didn’t think they would do anything about it, so I didn’t say anything. In less than a year, the paint started flaking off due to rust underneath.
