The tech is excellent. Very professional, excellent customer service. The only issue is I was informed thru my confirmation appointment to arrive earlier than my appt. Appt was at 8am, i arrived at 7:45am and the doors were closed until 8am. That did not make sence to me, since the registration process can take 5 to 10 mins.
I didn’t wait long and Gina the imaging specialist was very nice. She explained everything to me and had a gentle touch. To have to get a mammogram she was great. I wanted to share my experience.
The technicians are wonderful. I just wish the wait was shorter. Every time I'm here the wait time gets longer. They need to do better with that.
My experience was amazing for my first mammogram. I would like my yearly mammograms to be with Gina. Thank you Gina for such an amazing experience. You calmed my nerves and answered all my questions. I greatly appreciate your wonderful customer service.
