Amazing job by my estimator Eric Farrell!!!!
I had a great experience. They did an excellent job with my truck. Whoever the painter was, I have to say that I am very impressed. They way that the paint was blended, it looks as nothing ever happened. Eric was also very friendly and answered all my questions. This is what customer service is all about.
1 Star — Absolutely terrible experience If I could give 0 stars, I would. The Collision Center in Avon is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any repair shop. I got into a minor accident — all that was wrong with my car was a dented hood and a broken headlight. That’s it. Somehow, they managed to turn that into a complete nightmare. They had my car for three weeks for what should’ve been a quick, easy repair. Communication was absolutely awful — no updates unless we chased them down for answers. When we finall... read more
We discovered a weird stain on the hood of our month-old car that appeared out of no where that no one was able to identify. Staff here were not only able to identify it, but they were able to remove it quickly, restoring the car to it's brand new condition. We're very impressed and grateful.
