Ray called me back quickly. We discussed the age of the treadmill, what its symptoms were and what could be done. He gave honest, straight forward answers that helped wit my problem and was very nice.
Ray is an amazing human being and a true craftsman that cares about his customers. Ray coached me on the phone and spent a ton of time with my Precor issue that I was able to ultimately resolve on my own, and saved me a ton of money. Do not hesitate to call him for any exercise machine repair, he is TOP NOTCH.
Ray is amazing! Didn't want us to waste money on a house call if we could take care of it ourselves as he coached us through. We did!!! He saved us hundreds of dollars, and he did it for FREE. It doesn't get better than that.
Ray did a great job fixing our over 20 year old precor elliptical. Went over and beyond to track down the part. Communicated well, on time, and fair on pricing.
