RecommendedWe had a double pane bedroom window that cracked from the inside. I put off getting it fixed because I didn't want the hassle. I have used Ray Sands Glass in the past for my car, but honestly did not know that they did other windows. Once I called Ray Sands Glass, I realized that it wasn't a hassle at all. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment. All of their staff that I interacted with were very professional. I highly recommend them!
We were referred to Ray Sands Glass to have a pane of glass fixed. They came out as scheduled and gave us a quote and we decided to go with them in late April. Come appointment time in early May they call us on the scheduled day to cancel on us and reschedule due to a broken window that needed to be reordered. When I talked to the Service Mgr he promised me a 10% discount due to the issue. Three weeks later, (late May) our window was replaced but at the full price. We couldn't be happier with the work that Ray Sands Glass did for us recently, repairing both a bedroom storm window & inside window shattered from a recent wind storm! Their customer service was top notch - Alex Robinson in residential was great and easy to work with. And Ron, who came out and did the work was superb - always professional, efficient, and pleasant! Their whole team really cares about doing a good job! We will definitely recommend them!!

They were great! Less expensive than an insurance claim deductible! Friendly office, they told me 30 minutes and they were true to their word, and as a bonus they had a friendly kitty named Tiki to keep me company as I waited.

I had a stone from a truck put a huge chip in my windshield , of course smack dab in my view , had Ray Sands glass fix it on the job I was on in the city at the time . Didn't lose time from work or have to drive it somewhwere and drop it off for hours. Very convenient and they did a great job . thanks.
