They installed two mirrors a few days ago. Both mirrors had spots on them - either from the factory (which means they have no quality control) or from installation. Damage was done to the walls as well. After talking to Alex, I was told that mirrors may have some spots on them when they come in. I would never accept imperfect product and I don't know who would. It took almost two years to complete the job of installing customized glass shower doors. The agreement was signed 12/13/19 and the job was finished 10/19/21. This work included at least three sets of doors (reordered and reinstalled), endless appointments, and staff who did not show up. The company requested payment at least twice in February and August 2021 for a job that was not done. The business owner, David is rude. RecommendedHighly recommend. My front passenger side window was replaced within hours of dropping off. I had called 2 other places before my insurance company got in touch with Ray Sands and was given the run around. I was transferred by insurance to a rep at RS who got right to the point and set me up for a next day appointment. Won't go anywhere else now.
Was able to be seen urgently without a prior appointment, just before close of business, (and within 12 hours of leaving for a big trip) for an auto windshield replacement due to a large crack. The Ray Sands staff were super helpful, the installation was wonderful, and it was a great customer experience. I would definitely go back for any future auto glass needs.

I was coming down 490 when the rubber holding my windshield came loose. I stopped at Ray Sands Glass to have someone look at it and give me advise on what to do. Chris Latucca came out, looked at it and fixed it with in 15 min. WHAT GREAT SERVICE!! I highly recommend them. Ray
