Update: 8/16/2022 Heard from someone there last week in customer service, after I posted my comment, and they just stated Company policy and apologized. Still doesn't explain why 2 of their employees, one being there a long time, didn't follow their policy. I was told they were talked to: Meanwhile I have two mirrors with defects on them. I have no satisfaction of dealing with them. Maybe they are only good for windshields. This will be my last comment about this since it seems like "Nobody Cares" , they certainly don't care... read more
If you own a Porsche like I do, or any very high end auto that you truly care about, and you have to have the windshield replaced, let Ray Sands Glass do the work. Don't let anyone else touch it. Every other windshield installation firm told me they would come to me and be done in 30 minutes. Ray Sands Glass told me I had to bring my Porsche to them and it would take 3 - 4 hours.
