An awesome experience from start to finish. You can tell just how much Ray and his wife care about their customers and the integrity of their business. It’s not every day that the owner of a furniture store personally delivers a sectional up three flights of stairs all by himself. As a young couple buying our first couch, we couldn’t have asked for a more positive or seamless process. Thank you Ray! It was a pleasure.
I am so impressed with this company! The quality of the furniture is outstanding, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the team was very professional with setup. What really stood out was the customer service, Ray answered all my questions and made the whole process stress-free. Qualifying for the lease-to-own and purchasing was easy and seamless, they walked me through every step and I had everything done the same day. When it came to delivery, Ray was very communicative about delivery times and Ray went above and beyond unloading and assembly the furniture, I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about tossing any boxes in the bin.
