In April 2022 Ray and Brock Rosettani helped me deal with the listing and sale of a property in Stevensville. I chose this firm because of local references and I had used Remax in Willodale/North York to sell another property. Remax offered technology that made it easy to deal with the listing and finalize offers from anywhere using only my phone and without making trips to Niagara. It all worked very well.

I came from below the border to handle my father's summer home in Crystal Beach after his Canadian wife died. My dad has dementia and the house had been shuttered since COVID so was not in super shape. Moreover I had no idea how home sales, taxes, survivorship, etc worked in Canada.
