I had a busted cleanout that was hanging on by a thread and it was my biggest worry all year. Steve and his team were amazing, they fixes the issue and gave me the peace of mind I had been looking for. Better than that, they went above and beyond by leaving everything spotless. This was a pleasant surprise given that they had to jackhammer the floor and apply new cement so I expected a bunch of dust everywhere. These guys are top tier professionals!
Couldn’t ask more of Steve Ray & his crew. Incredible work they have performed at our house. Not only is our entire sewer line like new - but there was zero excavation, and zero damage to our finished basement despite the very tight space available: there was no more than 6 inches and a 90 degrees turn. Ray came by as promised and on time even in the snow. He ran a camera through our sewer pipe to diagnose the problem Roto-rooter said would cost us $20k and showed us nothing was wrong. So in moments saved us 20K. He also told us we didn’t need to have our pipe cleaned out every year, which Roto-Rooter said we did. Also saving us $500 a year. Nice to have a service you can rely on and trust He also didn’t charge us for visit or the diagnosis. What a fair guy.
