Couldn’t ask more of Steve Ray & his crew. Incredible work they have performed at our house. Not only is our entire sewer line like new - but there was zero excavation, and zero damage to our finished basement despite the very tight space available: there was no more than 6 inches and a 90 degrees turn. Ray came by as promised and on time even in the snow. He ran a camera through our sewer pipe to diagnose the problem Roto-rooter said would cost us $20k and showed us nothing was wrong. So in moments saved us 20K. He also told us we didn’t need to have our pipe cleaned out every year, which Roto-Rooter said we did. Also saving us $500 a year. Nice to have a service you can rely on and trust He also didn’t charge us for visit or the diagnosis. What a fair guy.

Steve has been doing periodic maintenance pressure cleaning on our 300 foot sewer that is shared by four houses on a private street in Bergen County. Before we engaged his service we were having our sewer cleared of tree roots 3 times a year by the use of a mechanical root cutter. Steve came along and recommended a high pressure water treatment that turned out to be less wear and tear and much more effective in clearing out the roots.
