ABSOLUTELY NOT! So my washer backed up some mud after the torrential rains we just had. My landlord sent out these clowns. Michele from their office contacted me via text. We had a series of short texts and I thought we were fine when we said between 4-6PM. Then when she texted back to get my address I knew I was in trouble. Found Ray Ray’s plumbing on thumbtack and had good reviews, so I called them to get a free estimate on a bathroom wing clogging issue that I’ve been having (water was not badly clogged at the time because I cleared some out with drano, so it was working but would back up after awhile). When they arrived, it was two people (one in uniform and one not), which I thought was weird. They looked at my issue and quoted me $185 to unclog the drain. I was cool with that. Nate and his helpers came to replace sink faucets and bathtub/showerhead fixtures. I was impressed with all 3 gentlemen who were friendly and professional, fast work! The company is reliable and came when they said they would, called when they said they would! Another satisfied customer!

They were prompt to respond and we set an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday to give me an estimate which I was so excited about. They were a no show no call. So don’t rearrange your day for them. Ray the owner did give me a call later after I reached out but if this is how reliable they are before they even get the job… no thanks.
