We've been loyal customers for years and have given this company a fair amount of business, including installing the very toilet that recently needed repair. While the service was prompt and the fix (a faulty fill valve) took less than 30 minutes, I was disappointed with the $185 charge for what was a very straightforward repair with minimal time and materials involved. We thought we had a disaster to deal with but Brad assured us that it was not as bad as we thought! Brad showed us what the issue was ,told us what we needed,explained what the cost would be and what he would have to do and how long it would take. As he was working on our issue he also found an underlying problem we had as well,which in time could have turned into a disaster! Brad was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and honest.The price was fair and reasonable,I highly recommend Rasmussen Plumbing .
My water heater went out on a cold day , I called Rasmussen plumbing and even though they were busy that day , they were able to fit me in . Brad was very professional, knowledgeable and also had a great sense of humor ! I thought the prices were really reasonable as well .I will definitely will use Rasmussen plumbing again when I have any issues .
Very unprofessional company. I do not suggest giving this company any of your private information out of fear that his wife will share it and strangely use it to find all your records. Who knows what they are doing while they’re working in your property.
