Qualmann is the only choice in South Fla. They built our beautiful dock, seawall and boat lift. They maintain it. Everything works perfect and their customer service is outstanding. When I win the lottery, they will be building our next dock. But for now, they told me that the dock they built us will outlive me. I agree. You can't go wrong with Ray Qualmann!!!
We live in Lighthouse Point and recently had Ray Qualmann Marine Construction replace our 110 foot old wooden dock with a new concrete dock in fall 2025. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The old dock was removed and the new one installed in record time, and the quality of the work is exceptional. Ray Qualmann Marine Construction just finished redoing my 85" dock. The workmanship is 100%. The job was completed ahead of schedule, no added expense and no surprises. The jobsite kept immaculate while work was performed. The crew was professional in all respects. I recommend this company without reservation to anyone in need of a new dock or any other marine construction.
I wrote a review about 9 months ago and would like to follow up on it. Ray Qualmann Construction and Southeast Marine replaced my dock, seawall and boatlift last year. I was extremely satisfied with the work at the time and since it has been completed have become even happier with the job. Once they got the permit completed they had everything done in about 8 weeks. At the time I was very anxious to get it done and they did complete the job quickly.
