I had a very poor customer service experience. Misled us on problem with spectacles and was dishonest about the issue and argumentative when questioned about it. Would never recommend this place. LOL @ the response. you could not pay me enough to return to that store with incompetent staff.

First of all and to be fair, eye test itself was fine. All went downhill from there. Frame selection wasn't great, the staff member assisting kept repeating to pick small light frames because the lenses would be so big and heavy, like she was really overemphasising it. We heard you the first time, small frame was not going to suit and my husband has always had a fairly thick lens, it's not new.
