Always receive excellent service and follow up help from all the staff there- nothing is too much trouble - only place I go to for glasses
The team at Ray Proust are fantastic, they always go above and beyond for their patients and have a great selection of frames
I had a very poor customer service experience. Misled us on problem with spectacles and was dishonest about the issue and argumentative when questioned about it. Would never recommend this place. LOL @ the response. you could not pay me enough to return to that store with incompetent staff.
