I have been going here for years now to purchase our cars and to have service on our cars. The service department is going downhill quick. Every time I go for service, there is always some kind of issue. I get tires put on 1 time, drive away and the tire light comes on. Good thing I know to calibrate the tires 1st before calling or returning to the shop. This should be done at time of service before pickup. Brought my Honda in for oil change, tire rotation and regular maintenance. From start to finish Desiree was on top of getting my vehicle serviced and back to me. She listened to everything I wanted done, gave me a time it would be completed, it was! I went there to pick it up and she greeted me, gave me my paperwork and walked me over to the cashier to pay while she went and brought my vehicle up front for me. I have not had service like this in a long time! Thank you so much, would not want to go anywhere else!
People are friendly, work is always done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership for purchases and service. I drive an hour to have my vehicle serviced here and it is always worth it!
