I enjoy the consistently great service and treatment as a customer when bringing my Bronco to Ray Price Ford. It's good knowing there is a reliable dealer service location without having to drive too far.
Called to have a Ford recall corrected. Upon arriving, the young lady at the service dept was a joy! She got my truck in for the scheduled service for repair. Upon completion, it was suggested I replace a wheel bearing and three transfer cases! My truck is a 2020 Explorer with 130k in miles. Needless to say, I was handed an estimate of approximately $8,000! I surely couldn’t afford that so I went to another dealership.
