Called him out to fix a leak in skimmer, jury rigged now I barely have any skim function as he was too lazy to fix it properly and after bringing this to his attention he said if I was not satisfied to call him and he will happily come out to fix it correctly at additional cost which I happily agreed to and he would credit the $500 I paid him towards the new repair.
