Eddie professionally replaced a shower valve and completely cleaned up while being very courteous. He is a pleasure to work with.

Edit: Andrew (the owner I believe) gave my husband a call and apologized for how it was conducted and offered us a refund. So I was glad to hear from them because I believe this was more of a technician issue than management. I thought it was really professional from them to call us and explain that this is not how they do business and this was an isolated incident.
