My experience with looking to buy a new home was very stressful in itself, that is until I met Ray. I would definitely recommend Ray Orta to my veteran colleagues. At first I was nervous about home shopping and getting pre-approved. However working with Ray caused caused me to relax and trust the process. Ray is VERY knowledgeable of the Veteran Affairs rule for veterans and VA Home Loans. Ray is also informative in areas associated with underwriters expectations of the borrowers.
We never thought we can have a house on our own since our credit is not so good and no $$$ saved. I have been applying and they say the same thing. " I can help u but you need to improve your credit n pay off some of your loans" may take a year or two and need a lot $$$. But Ray and Ana Orta made it happen.
