This is my first year getting oil from them, I've had no issues, the ladies who answer the phone are always nice and polite and go out of their way to help you. Great company
Horrible, came and pulled my tank 3 days before the holiday, first it was because they heard the past owner moved and thought there wasn't a stove and said it was a safety issue but we told them she left the stove and it was still hooked up, then the second reasoning was because the previous owner cancelled her account which she said she didn't, so we offered to open an account if they could work with us and keep the tank. I have been a propane customer with them for only one year, not a large consumer as I have a propane furnace in my detached garage, and keep the thermostat at 32 degrees to keep the contents from freezing. Approximately 4 weeks ago I received a service agreement from them to sign and return, at my convenience. I have an extensive background with service agreements, so there was no way I was going to get locked in to a contract.
