I got a short bob haircut to my neck with color today and I honestly left the salon in tears (good tears). I have alopecia and Heather was so sweet and gentle, she really understood my situation and never made me feel ashamed. My first visit to Ray of Light Salon was a success. Everyone was wonderful - the young woman at the front desk (Tara?), Maddie, who shampooed and conditioned my hair, and my stylist, Heather. The salon had the feeling of a close-knit group, and even the women who weren't working on my hair had compliments and helpful ideas to contribute. I went here for the first time today and had the pleasure of working with Heather M. I chopped at least 12inches off my hair and didn’t have much knowledge as far as what my hair needed for daily maintenance and etc… Well i left with an AMAZING haircut and all my questions answered.
