I am concerned about the level of professionalism and communication at this behavioral health center. Clients do not consistently receive timely responses to questions, requests, or concerns, which is inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Effective communication is essential to ensuring that clients receive accurate information, appropriate support, and continuity of care. Beverly at the front desk is so personal and great. She is always smiling and is so very helpful. The counselor Mallorie has been so very caring and understanding when it comes to helping me in my recovery and counseling. I feel very comfortable with coming to the staff when I need something knowing they will help me and not judge me.

This facility failed on basic standards of care. Food was consistently insufficient, and staff were taking food meant for clients. Housing was overcrowded (three people to a room), with broken air conditioning during 90+ degree weather, making conditions unsafe and uncomfortable. Transportation for essentials like groceries was not provided, and residents were not allowed to leave the property without a house manager—even for something as simple as a trip to Dollar General.
