I booked my motorcycle engine buggy in for some 12v work, and some minor brake repairs on Nov 6. After 2 weeks hearing nothing I called in to check progress. Nothing had been done, still working through a backlog and will do it the coming weekend. I heard nothing again so called in again the following week. Again nothing had been done.
