Had a great experience at Ray Lawson Dentistry. I went there for a dental cleaning and filling, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the dentist explained everything clearly.
Most of the staff at this dental office are polite and courteous. However, unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Ravi Kiran was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went to the office for my regular dental scaling. During the appointment, Dr. Ravi Kiran told me that I needed X-rays. I asked why they were necessary, especially since I had already had X-rays done just a couple of weeks earlier. I was not given a clear explanation and was simply told that I still needed them. I had such a wonderful experience with Danish during my appointment! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. You can genuinely tell that he enjoys what he does, and that positive energy really makes a difference.
