I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. I especially appreciated both the front desk staff and the back-end team. The front desk employees were kind, helpful, and organized, while the dental team was attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
Worst experience!!! Receptionist first confirmed me that they accept my insurance card and say treatment is free then they forced me to pay by own pocket and giving lame excuses … isn’t there duty to confirm with insurance company before getting service done ?… such a unprofessional experience..
Today I had my cleaning with the dental Hygienist Danish. He had such a pleasant and positive attitude. He was informative and helpful. He turned that teeth cleaning that everyone avoids into a relaxing and useful cleaning. Thank you Danish.
Had a really bad experience with this clinic, do overcharge the insurance and don’t even leave a balance for the cx to use, don’t even tell them how much it would cost, how many visits left, keep calling for cleaning is due and they are not sure if its covered or not, would never recommend to go to this clinic ever.
