Horrible customer service with front desk clerk Cathy! She acted as if she couldn’t be bothered to assist in establishing me as a new patient.
My review is not about the doctor. It’s about their administration which is as important as a good doctor. They showed a very poor service to us. My husband made an appointment two weeks ago. He was very struggling with unknown cause. He called them a few times before his appointment day to see if there is any slot available from cancellations. There was no luck.
