Awesome service I can actually trust!!!
This mechanic is a complete scam. He massively overcharges, doesn’t stand behind his work, and doesn’t keep his word. After paying a price, my car was left in worse condition than before. The worst part is that when problems appeared after his “repair,” he refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing his mistakes, he ignored the issue and acted like it wasn’t his problem. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in for a simple tire repair and left with fresh damage on my wheel. When I politely raised my concern, I expected at least a professional conversation. Instead, I was met with immediate denial, excuses, and an extremely rude attitude. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Roy Hobbs is a great and most honest mechanic I ever met. In my opinion he deserves 10 stars.
