Ray Gonzales did a great job of combing through the policy and explain each category and how each section applied to our individual home. Appreciate the above and beyond attitude.
I was searching for a new policy and attempted to speak with people from other agencies but was only met with automated systems. I reached out to State Farm and got to speak with Ray immediately, without a hassel, he gave me a quote and I was able to set it up with him over the phone. After a long time with my previous state farm agent. I decided to go with Ray after the Mountain fire. I did not feel that my previous agent had my best interest. My home almost burned down and sustained heavy fire damage on the exterior of my property along with heavy smoke damage inside my home. I called Ray on a Sunday a few days after the fire had past.
