"I had a terrible experience at this place. The customer service was poor, and the staff lacked expertise. One technician attempted to remove my wheel using the wrong socket, damaging all five bolts before realizing the mistake and calling for assistance. I was refused a quick fix for a minor puncture (see photos). I was trying to get to work on the North Shore while avoiding driving on my almost-new run-flats.
