Most visits are with a nurse practitioner who checks in with him. Today I waited nearly two hours past my appointment time, only to be told by the NP, I’d already been “checked out” on the chart after I inquired about not being seen. The receptionist barely acknowledged me when I told her I’d been waiting for 2 hours and the whole experience felt so disorganized and disrespectful. Appointments take weeks to schedule, and when you finally get in, you can expect long waits, often without ever seeing Dr. Gandhi.
Dr. Ghandi and his staff are incredible! They take the time to listen to you and are very attentive to your needs. I had an issue with a prescription and when I called the office, they helped resolve my issue immediately. His knowledge is incredible and I would recommend him and his entire staff to anyone with conviction.
Dr. Gandhi is one of the best DR'S. All DR'S. Should be like him. You are not just a file number for him. He is very knowledgeable, he really listens and cares about his patients. He never is dismissive about your symptoms. He is not egotistical like some male DR'S. I have had the misfortune of seeing. My husband and I love Dr. Gandhi. Doctor is very nice and professional! Assistant is well organized and her attitude is terrific. Friendly and cozy !
