It’s been awhile since we visited, but the layout of the family/universal change room is horrible. There weren’t enough stalls to accommodate more than a handful of families. Instead of using the available space for change rooms, they used the space for way too many showers. I think there were more shower stalls than change rooms. Yesterday, I took my kids (8 and 9 years old) to the swimming pool. They were both wearing life jackets, and I was standing beside the pool the entire time. After swimming for over an hour, staff suddenly told them they couldn’t continue because I wasn’t in the water with them, despite the presence of lifeguards and safety measures. My kids were very upset, left the pool in tears, and we didn’t even receive a refund. I found the decision unfair and poorly timed.

This is a great place to visit for swimming or skating. They renovated the facilities family change room and now it has proper showers tons of lockers and seating to help het the children ready for the pool. I changed it from 4 to 5stars because the old family room was improperly built with showers that children would enter from under the door and lockers in front of the showers which made it inconvenient for people trying to walk around.
