I asked Ray Electric to come to my house to work on some electrical issues. After scheduling an appointment, I waited patiently for them to arrive. I received no communication whatsoever. When I tried to follow up with a phone call, my call went unanswered. (Many other reviews reflect this). I would not recommend Ray Electric to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable.

My landlord had him come out he checked the plug outlets the switches and then the breaker box. Whatever he did to the box fixed the issue and my lights are back on.

I was scheduled for an appointment and they never showed up. Once I reached out several times I got a call back three days later. When he called me back, he informed me that he was on his way to my property right then and there. Another few days went by, and they never arrived. I could have scheduled someone else to get the job timely or at all for that matter. I would not recommend them, they are very unreliable . .

I received a quote over the phone, a very reasonable one, and hired him same day. He said he would install “next week.” When I texted the following week to get a date, he put it off and then ghosted all calls and texts without explanation. Had to hire someone else.
