After many years of Ray always being there for every appliance emergency we ever had. He was short and trite. Needless to say. We had to buy a new washer because he refused to even consider looking at it for us :(
Quit over voicemail, without finishing the job, and without any explanation. Wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional.
