Years of sub par tax prep and this year takes the cake. If anyone needs to get anything done they may as well include Ray himself in all correspondence. That’s if you want to be double billed their hourly rate..

This company is trying to charge me to amend my 2022 taxes. They failed to ask me to provide a 1098 because they assumed it would not make a difference based on 2021 Texas. Instead of asking for all relevant documents, as even turbo tax does, they are blaming me and want me to pay for the amendment We are human and all make mistakes. What differentiates people is how they chose yo correct their mistake. This one-star review is all because they are not willing to acknowledge and rectify their error. Shame on them!
