Patrick was very helpful and explained what the issue with my car. The only thing they didn’t do was was washed the car after the repairs and oil change.
Everything started out ok. But I got more answers about my jeep from a Facebook page I follow then from the dealer . Communication was poor. Telling us they call and they never did . Very sad that I have to go to dealer and find out status of my jeep. But they have no problem calling me right way next morning wanting money for a tow that was covered under warranty. Very disappointed. I said I would give dealer second chance they blew that. Which makes me not want to buy any car from them.
