RecommendedPlease help me. Ray Catena Service Department is so disappointing. Please I tried to reach someone in corporate to help but customare care would not help. please help me. i cannot believe this is the way Mercedes would want their customers to be treated.

Brought our car there 3 times within 4 months. First time they did a complete check with an estimate giving a list of optional work because the car was good they said. Second time a few months later my husband was having troubles brought the car back , they said it may be an electrical problem and re setting the computer should work. Third time another month later , its a huge job now to repair an alternator that wasn't detected prior. 1800-1900 dollars later ..we will see what happens. Customer service is eh.
