25K mile service went great. Waiting room fantastic area for customers. Good updates on progress My concern was with the car report. 12V battery needed charging at 25K miles. I did charge by dealer and was told Lexus certified but reviewed online issues why hybrid car engineering battery drains 12V and potential issues. My concerns downplayed by representative. I am very cautious to now recommend Lexus hybrid’s with this known issue. Fix the 12V issue on hybrids
I recently had a wonderful experience at Ray Cantina Lexus; my regular service advisor Donald Nowak who always goes above and beyond in every way, was on vacation. Dawn was quick to assist to get my service coordinated and answered my questions about the quality of my air conditioner and change.
