I really had a great experience with my recent purchase of a Certified Preowned Lexus RX 350h at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. The car was in absolute mint condition with low miles and had the exact colors and options I was looking for. My salesperson Jason was also very personable and great to work with.
I love the dealership and the salesperson. But after getting home from purchasing the car, I noticed that the clear coat was damaged and peeling. It was a used car, but it is certified and I would yhinknthey should have fixed it before selling it
Generally, I don't like the process of buying the car from dealer. It is always a game. But this time, overall experience was good. Partially, because we came prepared and knew what we wanted and how much it should cost. But also because Erica (specifically) and other members of the team were willing to listen to us and negotiate fairly. It took 5 hours to complete the deal (probably a little too much), from us getting to the dealership to leaving with the new car, but at the end we got what we wanted
I had a great experience here, my salesperson Leah was very professional, I believe she gave me a great deal and put me in the car that best met my needs. They gave me the best value for my trade in. I will definitely recommend my family and friends.
