I called Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold to have my certified ES 350 (recently purchased from a sister dealership) brakes checked. I was able to get a morning appt for the next day. Brian and the rest of the staff were professional and welcoming. My car was checked promptly and Brian soon assured me that Lexus and the dealership would resolve the issue at no cost to me. Within a couple of hours I drove out with a smooth and clean car. Great first impression! Thank you.
