Chris was amazing
Chris and the service team handled the repairs to my newly purchased 2015 LX570, and also completed the repairs for a recall while it was in. They were excellent in their work and customer service, and I will definitely be bringing my Lexus back for all future service.

I came in at 3:45 for an oil change. They refused me service and told me they are closing in “10 minutes” because they close at 4. Really not the type of service you expect a from a ray catena/lexus dealership. How is 15 minutes not enough for an oil change? If I came 3 minutes earlier would they have taken me? Why advertise you close at 4 if you close much earlier? I drove 30 minutes, got here before closing, only for them to refuse me. How Disappointing. Definitely not the customer experience you’d expect from Lexus.
