Unfortunately, just like many others this delaership lost its reputation. I requested tire rotation during a scheduled service, was reassured by service advisor it was done upon double checking with technician. Bottom line, it was not done!!!

Keith is absolutely phenomenal—hands down the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Every question I had (and I had quite a few!) was answered clearly and thoroughly. He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Keith is the GOAT (Greatest of All Time)! It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer service and genuinely caring. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Give this man a raise!
