After 4 years as a loyal customer, I'm done. The service center told me that if you didn't purchase your car from this dealership, you will NOT receive a loaner — period. That policy is unacceptable and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

She has always ensured great satisfaction each and every time I dealt with her which happens to be blessing. She is a big reason I keep coming back to this particular dealership and will keep coming as long as I know she will be my advisor. My vehicle sat here for 6 weeks for what the service manager was calling an electrical gremlin. Each week he would call and quote a price for a part or two that needed to be replaced. I would come to pick my vehicle and the same issue would present it self before I left the service area. After 6 weeks, 4 parts replaced and $6500 later. Some one finally did a physical inspection of my car and saw some cut wires. JLR Corporate was no help with the issue.
