We recently had our Range Rover serviced at Ray Catena Land Rover Edison and we had a pleasant experience. We needed an extra repair service and we were quite happy with the assistance and communication we received from our service manager Keith Zirpoli.
I am a first time customer with Ray Catena Land Rover and I could not be more pleased with sales and service. Every phone call, text, email was responded to immediately. Sales was upfront, informative, so easy to work with every time. My most recent experience with service was just as impressive. They have certainly lived up to their reputation and promises.
Neshawna was my account manager and my experience was amazing. She is so professional and kept checking on me while I waited for my car to be serviced to see if I needed anything. I felt like I was in great hands and my car would be perfect coming out of service. Ray Catena is lucky to have her, I would recommend taking your car there for service and asking for Neshawna, you will be very happy you did.
