I recently went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my Jaguar at the Edison Ray Catena Service Center, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to the customer lounge by the friendly staff. Within about 5 minutes, I was called to meet my service advisor, Neshawna Thomas.
