Very professional dealership; friendly customer service representatives and service advisors. Cost of services are on the higher side. I did not receive an eVHC report although my service appointment included that. Not sure if the technician performed that.
Car was damaged on Sunday when all service centers are closed. They took my car in first thing on Monday morning and began working on it even though my earliest service appointment was for Tuesday. They ordered the part on Monday, and had finished with the car by Wednesday afternoon.
Buyer's and Jaguar owners please be aware when you take your vehicle here for service. I've taken my Jaguar 2019 XE here for service, I was informed I believe twice about my tire needs to be replaced. I didn't pay it any attention because I knew the tires was in good condition for one I don't drive no more than 10,000 mile a year and when I purchased tires I only purchased 4 at a time!
