Buyer's and Jaguar owners please be aware when you take your vehicle here for service. I've taken my Jaguar 2019 XE here for service, I was informed I believe twice about my tire needs to be replaced. I didn't pay it any attention because I knew the tires was in good condition for one I don't drive no more than 10,000 mile a year and when I purchased tires I only purchased 4 at a time! I recently went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my Jaguar at the Edison Ray Catena Service Center, and from the moment I arrived, I was greeted and escorted to the customer lounge by the friendly staff. Within about 5 minutes, I was called to meet my service advisor, Neshawna Thomas.
