The parts department in Jaguar is horrible I returned the parts over 3 weeks ago because they gave me the wrong part and they refused to give me a refund to cut a check they hang up on me several times on the phone I try to reach Douglas Wells about the situation but he's unavailable that's why you shouldn't deal with private owned businesses cuz they will rip you off and rob you
Service was prompt and professional. Worked was completed in a timely fashion. The video inspection sent to my phone was very helpful and informative.
Very professional dealership; friendly customer service representatives and service advisors. Cost of services are on the higher side. I did not receive an eVHC report although my service appointment included that. Not sure if the technician performed that.
