It was a good experience. I’ve dealt with Guido before at Infinity. Very knowledgeable, thorough with explanations and communicate very well. Glad to see he was transferred here during the buyout.
Infiniti has transferred to Bridgewater Nissan close by. My current (second) service was just as I experienced previously at Ray Catena Infiniti. More urgent, recommended, and optional services were explained thoroughly with agreement for those to proceed. Repairs are done well. Guido is excellent and continues the Infiniti quality of service. I had a very good experience at Bridgwater Infiniti Service. The service rep, Guido, was pleasant to work with. He explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand. I was having serious transmission problems, and he helped ease the stress of what had been an ordeal for me before I brought it in. They did a great job. The cost was about what I expected, and the car runs beautifully.
