Shopped for a new MINI with my sister today. Dimitrii Doktor has proven knowledgeable, patient and transparent. A unexpectedly trustworthy car salesman and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
We have owned multiple luxury cars. Ray Catena BMW White Plains has the legit worst customer service. After leaving their lot with our new car, we were faced with a number of issues- service warning lights, oil change lights, non functional key. They were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation and were wildly rude on top of it. There are multiple other dealers that sell these luxury cars with amazing customer service. I encourage others to shop elsewhere.
We bought a BMW from Ray Catena a few weeks ago. Nina M. sold us the car and was AMAZING to work with! She answered all our questions, was patient with me, and could not have been nicer. I want to thank everyone at Ray Catena for their help.
Got my new lease with Louis who was straight forward and very helpful through every step of the process.
Vanessa Frannqui went out of her way to address our concerns through many texts, emails and phone calls during the day and after business hours. Vanessa went out of her way to take several photos of our vehicle with her phone. In doing so it created a confident mind set to purchase from Ray Catena of White Plains. Add another star!
