My 3 year old and her mother had run out of propane due to other companies giving them a run around and brushing off calls that had been placed earlier. Ray Carroll was there within two hours filling their propane in this weather. Literal life savers!!!
Great service and great prices!
Heaven forbid you're poor or get paid every 2 weeks and you run out of propane. This company will charge for a leak test, which is fine. But, then the driver treats you like your scum, and dont ever stand up for yourself and say something back to him, because then he'll just refuse to deliver to you. This company would do good to find a new driver that doesn't have a problem with doing their job and treating customers with respect. I'm sure he has made them lose many customers over the years. Do better Ray Carrol.
Shout out to Ray Carroll Fuels! We had a disagreement once and they worked hard to amend that relationship! I took note. I just realized I hadn't paid my bill in months! They even came out and kept me full even though I was behind on my payment. That says a lot to me. They care about keeping families warm. Thank you for that! And I signed up for emailed invoices, so I don't forget again! Thanks Ray Carroll!
