Had to get a tube replaced in an large (and heavy) Ag tire in Charlottesville Store. It was brutally cold outside. The staff was great - they helped unload (and more importantly - load) the tire. I'll be back.
I had sold a Jeep to a gentleman from Indiana, and the new tires on the Jeep had not been properly balanced by the tire company in Richmond VA, so the buyer stopped in to this place and found the guy working to be the most polite and respectable gentleman he had ever dealt with. So I would like to thank your business and its great to know good people still exist in this world. If I am ever in your town I will make sure I stop by and shake your hand and tell you how much it was appreciated.
