Speedy repair service.
I have tried very hard to communicate with the shop owner for sometime but can’t get past the reception desk. I paid my deductible but no work was ever done on the car because it was totaled before the parts came in. I have tried to get my money back but the “Boss” is never in. Small claims court here I come. This is illegal.
Avoid this facility!! If you see high reviews here it is because Best Collision is riding on the previous business reviews - Ray Brandt - which was an excellent repair facility. Best took it over within the last year. I have been trying to get a warranty issue dealt with for 4-5 months. I was sent to this facility by Best Chevrolet (passing the buck). Over charged my debit card by $1150, told me they needed me to bring the card in so they could reverse the charge (30 minute drive each way) and now it's been almost a week and still no sign of my money. I would not recommend based on the way this is being handled.
