I cannot say enough great things about Wes and Ray Boys Service Company. We have had a few issues with our (very old) AC unit over the past couple of years that caused enough problems to require a quick response (all occurring during late spring/early to middle of summer). Wes always makes us feel like top priority, and he has always been willing to pay us a visit and address/repair the issues same day or first thing the following morning (even without being asked). Mr. Ray fixed an issue with my AC not cooling below 80 on a hot day(so every day in June, July, August). I have dealt with this for years because the installing company said there was nothing actually wrong. There were plenty of things wrong though, and Mr. Ray diagnosed and fixed this long standing issue in a morning. I am so pleased with the service and will have them back whenever I have an issue. Thank you!!!

Here in Texas it's already getting just a bit warm to not have A/C. We went to turn our unit on, and started hearing a clanking noise from our unit. So we turn it off, and give our community RAY-BOY A/C & HEATING SERVICE COMPANY a call. Wes Ray came out and took a look at it. Mind you that our unit is not even 3 years old yet, it sprang a leak in the evaporative coil, and leaked all the refrigerant out.
