They were great. The lady got me exactly what I needed and really knew her stuff. They did a great job
They found the part I needed after looking deeper onto their inventory... Happens sometimes when you have lots of inventory. Friendly genuine people.
Do not leave a message with a serious question. You will never get a call back(or an answer). Not to mention we have been using them for 10 years for our various Recreational vehicles.
I went in for a part for my toilet & someone approached and asked what I needed, I said I wasn't sure what and described my issue and she was able to guess what toilet I have and what part I was looking for! I was about to get the wrong thing lol. Thank you!
Went to buy some parts one time when the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and polite.
