Can’t believe I actually have to leave a bad review for this place.. been here 5 times and just had a bad experience and won’t be coming back. Had my car brought here, got what was broken fixed but when I came to get my car after I got called and told it was ready to go and drive, i arrived and I was told my car is now out of gas (had gas when it got dropped off) and it won’t start. They put 3$ of gas and now they told me it won’t stay running. Was told to wait around for an update, wasted an hour to get no info back. 5 days... read more
We brought our truck in for repairs and ended up having to return it three more times because the initial issue wasn’t resolved—and new problems kept arising. Each visit lasted over two weeks. On top of that, my son’s booster seat was damaged by rodents while the truck was in their care. Now, my mother-in-law’s car is in their shop for the second time due to unresolved issues from her first visit, and they’ve had it for over three weeks with no clear timeline for when it will be ready.
Have been getting my Range Rover serviced and repaired here for about two years since moved to Tomball. Best full service ever. Now I’m in love with family business because of them! Very nice customer service with free coffee and nice waiting area. Very fair price that would kick dealership out of business.
I have known this family for decades. They are trustworthy and stand by their work. I don't even ask for an estimate before they fix my car- that is how much I trust them!
I’ve always felt good about bringing my car here for service. Yesterday I left my car with Kevin to do the front brakes. I also brought with me a package of two fog lights. I asked him if they could install it while they had the car up on the rack . He said no problem. When I picked up my car today there was a $75 fee for installing the $18 lightbulbs. I was very disappointed that he had not told me about the cost. I would’ve had my son-in-law install the lightbulbs for me if I had known about the high fee. Kinda feels disho... read more
