I hope Ray Bachmann Real Estate takes this feedback seriously and investigates the way Jamie deals with buyers. In my experience, the communication was poor, information provided was sometimes inaccurate or inconsistent, and I felt that certain buyers were treated more favourably than others. Ray and his team at Ray Bachman real estate were a true team that were honest and extremely professional. We utilised Ray and the property mangers while we were deciding to sell or rent our investment property in Brightview QLD. June Jenkyn was extremely unprofessional and did not follow RTA legislation. I was with this real estate agency for a short time, during which June illegally entered the property. This resulted in an investigation by the RTA that concluded with disciplinary action being taken. I would not recommend renting through this agency. June often states that she has many years of experience and manages numerous properties; however, in my experience she made multiple mistakes and demonstrated a lack of understanding of renters’ rights... read more
