Similar to other reviewers’ experiences, my dealings with June have been extremely disappointing. She consistently acted without my consent, disregarded my instructions, and engaged tradespeople without notifying me of any issues—then simply deducted the costs from rent without explanation. Since moving to a different management company, she still owes me approximately $1,000, and both she and the agency have avoided my repeated requests for a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this property manager entirely.
Rented through RayBachmann for 8 years. Shannon was my lovely property agent until she retired and June took over. June was extremely unprofessional from day dot, we had maintenance requests ignored, multiple issues with our rent missing. We had our bond taken and extra under dodgy circumstances. I’ll never rent through this agency again. I’ve never felt so de-humanised by a property manager.
Would not recommend renting through this agency. We had tenancy for approximately 16 months and encountered numerous problems. There was a lack of reports given to us after rental inspections, tradesmen showing up at our house with little to no warning.
